Even better, you’ll be given the chance to purchase your home before it’s released to the public.

Terms and Conditions
- Priority Access Deposit
To join the Priority Access Club, a fully refundable deposit of $1,000 is required. - No Price Lock or Guarantee
Membership in the Priority Access Club does not lock in or guarantee the purchase price of any home. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Lincoln Place prior to the execution of a binding contract of sale. - Priority Access and Home/Lot Selection
Priority Access Club members are granted early notification of upcoming home releases and may nominate their preferred home designs and lots. However, neither home designs nor lots are guaranteed and availability is subject to change at any time without notice. - Refund of Deposit
If a member does not enter into a binding contract to purchase a home within 12 months of paying the Priority Access deposit, the full $1,000 deposit will be reimbursed to the member. - Cancellation
Members may request to cancel their Priority Access Club membership at any time and receive a full refund of the $1,000 deposit, subject to clause 4. - General
Lincoln Place reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Membership of the Priority Access Club does not constitute an agreement for the sale of any property.
