The benefit of our model is that eligible homeowners can access Federal Government Rent Assistance on their Weekly Site Fees.

To understand if you are eligible for Rent Assistance, visit Services Australia or contact Centrelink or Veterans’ Affairs. We recommend that you contact your local government agency to confirm your eligibility.
