Part A – Introduction

1. Information on how to participate in the Promotion and Incentive details form part of these terms and conditions.
2. By participating in the Promotion, participants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, these terms and conditions include the Schedule above.
3. Participants must comply with these terms and conditions to participate in the Promotion.
4. Where there is any inconsistency between the Schedule and Parts A to H of these terms and conditions, the Schedule will prevail.

Part B – Privacy and Collection Notice

The Promoter will collect and use each participant’s personal information for the purposes of:

1. conducting the Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the Promotion) and for promotional purposes, public statements and advertisements in relation to the Promotion;
2. providing information to the participant about the products and services offered by the Promoter and its related companies; and
3. research to improve its products and services.

By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the use of their personal information as described in the above clause.Participants may access, change and/or update their personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy

Part C – Who Can Participate in the Promotion

If the Schedule permits participants to be under the age of 18 years, such participants must seek permission from their parent or guardian to participate. Part D – How to Participate in the Promotion

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information or fails to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who has:

2. breached any of these terms and conditions; and/or

The eligibility of participants to receive an Incentive is solely within the discretion of the Promoter.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected communications.If participation in the Promotion is online, by telephone or SMS, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive any information or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. Part E – Incentives

Part G – No Liability

Any Incentive supplied by a third party supplier is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party supplier. If those guarantees are not complied with, then you will have rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 1. Priority Access Deposit

To join the Eagle Point Priority Access Club, a fully refundable deposit is required.

• A reduced introductory rate of $500 applies for deposits received on or before 11 November 2025.
• From 12 November 2025, the standard $1,000 deposit rate will apply.

2. No Price Lock or Guarantee

Membership in the Priority Access Club does not lock in or guarantee the purchase price of any home. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Lincoln Place prior to the execution of a binding contract of sale.

3. Priority Access and Home/Lot Selection

Priority Access Club members will receive early notification of upcoming home releases and may nominate preferred home designs and lots. However, home designs and lots are not guaranteed and availability is subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Refund of Deposit

If a member does not enter into a binding contract to purchase a home within 12 months of paying the Priority Access deposit, the full deposit amount will be reimbursed to the member.

5. Eligibility

Priority Access Club benefits apply only to homes that settle before 24 December 2026.

6. Cancellation

Members may request to cancel their Priority Access Club membership at any time and receive a full refund of their deposit, subject to clause 4.

Lincoln Place reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Membership of the Priority Access Club does not constitute an agreement for the sale of any property.

1. Priority Access Deposit

To join the Priority Access Club at the Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Beaches Information Sessions (5–6 September 2025), a fully refundable deposit of $500 is required.

2. Promotional Offer

Any attendee who places their $500 Priority Access deposit at the Information Session will receive a $10,000 discount applied to the settlement price of their new home. This offer is only valid for deposits made during the Information Sessions on 5–6 September 2025.3. No Price Lock or GuaranteeMembership in the Priority Access Club does not lock in or guarantee the purchase price of any home. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Lincoln Place prior to the execution of a binding contract of sale.

4. Priority Access and Home/Lot Selection

Priority Access Club members are granted early notification of upcoming home releases and may nominate their preferred home designs and lots. However, neither home designs nor lots are guaranteed, and availability is subject to change at any time without notice.5. Refund of DepositIf a member does not enter into a binding contract to purchase a home within 12 months of paying the Priority Access deposit, the full $500 deposit will be reimbursed to the member.
