Our story
Lincoln Place was established in 2018, by two experienced property industry professionals, Nick Collishaw and Ben Hindmarsh.
They identified the enormous opportunity that existed to offer quality and affordable housing for the over 50’s, alongside a lifestyle we all aspire to. From humble beginnings over a second hand dining table in a cramped Sydney Office, Lincoln Place has grown to be one of the top 10 companies in the land lease sector, with aspirations and a clear plan to keep growing and building on that success.
