Simply open the app, select the maintenance section and follow the prompts to lodge your request.

Select “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email or mobile number.

We’re continuing to roll out the app across Lincoln Lifestyle communities. Your Community Manager will keep you updated.

1. Open the Lincoln Lifestyle app and go to the Hub.
2. Tap Marketplace.
3. Tap the + icon to create a new listing.
4. Fill in the details: title, price (optional), category, description and a few photos.
5. Tap List Item.

Your listing is automatically linked to your building and profile, so residents in your community can see it.

A quick tip: clear, well-lit photos go a long way. A good photo helps other residents understand exactly what’s on offer and makes your listing far more likely to catch someone’s eye.

If your community has approval enabled, your listing will show as awaiting approval and will go live once your Community Manager reviews it. No action needed on your part; just sit tight.

1. Open Marketplace from the Hub.
2. Browse by category, or use the search bar to find something specific.
3. Tap on a listing to view the full details.
4. Use Call or Message to contact the seller directly.

Found something a neighbour might love? You can also share a listing with them straight from the app.

Once you’ve sold an item, open your listing and tap Mark as Sold. This removes it from active listings while keeping a record of the sale.

You can also archive or remove a listing at any time. Archiving simply hides it, it isn’t a permanent delete, so nothing is lost if you change your mind.
