Lincoln Lifestyle Baranduda has officially opened the doors to its new Sales Centre and Display Village, welcoming more than 100 guests to celebrate the milestone.
Held at the growing over-50s community just outside Wodonga, the event invited visitors to explore the newly unveiled Emerson and Chandler display homes and discover the lifestyle on offer at Baranduda.
The new Sales Centre is located within a converted Emerson display home, offering guests a chance to step inside and experience the design up close. With two spacious bedrooms, a study nook and premium features including walk-in wardrobes in both bedrooms, the Emerson is thoughtfully designed to help over-50s downsize without sacrificing space or comfort.

Guests also had the chance to explore the community’s vibrant Clubhouse, which opened last year and has quickly become the social heart of Baranduda. The space features BBQ areas, a community kitchen and bar, games room and theatrette, providing plenty of opportunities for residents to connect, relax and enjoy time with neighbours.
The community also offers a range of wellness amenities, including a bowls green, an indoor heated swimming pool, and a pickleball court, supporting an active and social lifestyle for residents.
The new Sales Centre will now be home to New Home Advisor Tiago, providing a dedicated space where visitors can explore home designs, view the masterplan and learn more about the lifestyle and housing options available.
Homes at Lincoln Lifestyle Baranduda start from $425,000 and are offered under a land-lease model, where homeowners own their home outright while leasing the land via a weekly site fee with no entry or exit fees. The model allows residents to enjoy the benefits of community living and access to shared facilities without the ongoing costs typically associated with traditional home ownership, such as council rates or stamp duty.
With strong demand continuing and Stage 3 already more than 60% sold, the opening of the new Sales Centre and Display Village marks an exciting next chapter for the growing Baranduda community.
