There’s exciting progress to share at Lincoln Lifestyle Eagle Point, with construction moving faster than planned and the first homes now underway. Here is an overview of some important milestones taking place within the community.
1) Stage 1 Taking Shape
Essential services are complete, and the bulk of retaining walls are finished, with roads now 70% complete. Our home building team has moved onsite to begin the first 20 homes, and Stage 1 is on track for completion by September 2026.
2) Stage 2 Close Behind
Services are 90% complete, with retaining walls set to begin shortly and the NE retention pond already 80% complete. Together, Stage 1 and Stage 2 are tracking ahead of schedule, both set to be finished by October 2026.
3) The First Homes Are Underway
Due to the strong interest in our stage one release, we will begin construction of the first 20 homes at Eagle Point in early August. Groundwork is currently being organised for screwpiles, stormwater management, sewer connections, and subflooring. Each home is built by Lincoln Place, and we expect to welcome our first residents in December 2026.
4) What’s Next
Fencing and entry works are getting underway, and we’re finalising the landscaping design for the entry and clubhouse. Construction on the clubhouse, the heart of your future community, will begin in October 2026.
