Northern Rivers Music Festival

Set on the beautiful NSW North Coast, Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Rivers is a master planned community designed just for the over 50s. With no entry fees, exit fees, or deferred management fees, you’ll enjoy the financial freedom to make the years ahead your best yet.

Perfectly positioned in the charming town of Gulmurrad, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds with laid-back coastal living and everything you need just minutes down the road. Here, bushland walks, birdwatching and peaceful moments amongst the trees will be part of your everyday. Can you see why our residents love it here?

Our communities are designed to bring people together. With low-maintenance homes and feel-good facilities like a clubhouse, pool and bowls green, you’ll be enjoying plenty of laughs (and friendly competition) with your neighbours in no time. Everything here is made to be easy and relaxed, so you can focus on living your best life.

This is your chance to be part of something special.  We hope you’ll join us.
