New Homes and Clubhouse Taking Shape
There’s plenty taking shape at Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Rivers this October, with clubhouse construction progressing, new homes going up and future-stage civil works underway.
With the clubhouse roof complete, our construction team is preparing to move on to the internal fit-out. Spanning 2,237 square metres, the facility will include a resident lounge, theatre, games room, dining and communal cooking spaces, craft studio and workshop. A gym, large outdoor pool, barbecue area and community garden will offer even more ways to stay active, relax and connect with neighbours.
Residents and guests recently joined us for guided tours, getting a closer look at the spaces they’ll enjoy once complete. It was a chance to ask questions, share what they’re looking forward to and picture future movie nights, shared meals and catch-ups with friends.
Home construction is also progressing as we prepare to welcome new homeowners. Meanwhile, stage two civil works are laying the groundwork for the next part of the community.
