New Homes Underway as Stage 9 Takes Shape at Kangaroo Flat
Stage 9 is taking shape at Lincoln Lifestyle Kangaroo Flat, with civil works progressing well and construction commencing on nine new homes.
In our latest video update, Development Manager Dalyss Briggs walks you through the site and shares what’s ahead for this next stage.
Stage 9 will deliver 71 new homes, available through staged sales releases, along with a third entrance to the estate. Infrastructure works also include environmental and drainage measures around the existing creek network.
Working closely with our civil contractor, we’ve secured early access to part of the site so home construction can begin ahead of civil works completion, which is forecast for the end of 2026. A further 24 homes are approved for construction once civil works are complete.
