A new space for connection: Griffith Hill Clubhouse takes shape
Construction of the new Clubhouse at Lincoln Lifestyle Griffith Hill is moving ahead, with the main concrete floor slabs complete, the primary steel structure largely erected, and roof framing now in place.
These milestones are bringing the plans to life, offering the first real sense of the building’s scale and layout. With its outline now visible, it’s becoming easier to picture this new addition as part of everyday life in our community.
Complementing our existing Wellness Centre
The new Clubhouse will complement Griffith Hill’s existing Wellness Centre, giving residents even more opportunities to spend time together and enjoy community life.
Whether it’s catching up with neighbours or getting to know someone new, shared spaces help make those everyday connections possible. We’re excited to see the Clubhouse take shape as another welcoming place for our community to come together.
What’s next?
With the roof framing in place, the construction team will focus on completing the remaining steel structure and progressing to roof installation. External cladding and building services will follow as the building continues to take shape.
Completion is currently forecast for September 2027, and we look forward to sharing further updates as work progresses.
