Following a wet start to spring, the return of sunny weather has helped construction move ahead at Lincoln Lifestyle Wangaratta. Roads and essential services are progressing, while homes are taking shape as we work towards welcoming our first residents in 2027.
With Stage 1A now sold out, each milestone gives future homeowners more to look forward to.
Roads and essential services progress
Civil works are laying the foundations for the community, with internal kerb and channel works approximately 80% complete. Road base works are also underway and around 30% complete, preparing the internal roads for the next stage of construction.
Installation of internal electrical and NBN infrastructure is approximately 80% complete, bringing essential connections closer to being ready for future residents.
On the external collector road, bulk earthworks, drainage and subgrade works have progressed substantially. Sub-base works are nearing completion, subject to checks confirming the ground is suitably compacted and stable.
All 26 Stage 1A homes under construction
Construction is progressing across all 26 homes in Stage 1A, with homes moving through different stages of the building process.
Several have reached framing stage, with internal partitions and external wall frames installed. These structures reveal the individual layouts, making it easier for future homeowners to picture their living spaces.
Garage areas are also being prepared for concrete pours, with formwork and moisture barriers being installed. Roofing works will follow as wall framing progresses.
Homes are scheduled for progressive completion between March and June 2027, with the first residents expected to move in from mid-2027.
Two display homes underway
Two display homes are also under construction and will give prospective homeowners the opportunity to experience the designs available at Lincoln Lifestyle Wangaratta.
Once ready, visitors will be able to explore the layouts, view the features and finishes, and get a feel for how the homes could suit their lifestyle.
Looking ahead to 2027
The coming months will see continued work on roads and services, alongside the next stages of home construction. We look forward to sharing more progress as Lincoln Lifestyle Wangaratta moves closer to welcoming its first residents.
