A Look Inside Huntly’s Future Clubhouse
The clubhouse is taking shape at Lincoln Lifestyle Huntly, bringing new spaces for residents to relax, pursue their interests and spend time together.
In our latest development update, Development Manager Dalyss Briggs takes you through the building to show how work is progressing and what’s planned.
Step inside the future clubhouse
The clubhouse will include a theatre, golf simulator, community kitchen and bar, giving residents more ways to enjoy everyday life close to home.
Whether it’s watching a film, practising your golf swing or catching up with neighbours over a meal, these shared spaces will offer plenty of opportunities to come together.
More homes on the way
In addition to the progress on the clubhouse, two more homes were delivered to Sites 26 and 53 on October 19. Both homes are expected to be completed by late November as we work towards finishing Stage 1 by early to mid-2027. In this update, Dalyss invites you to explore the newly redesigned Croft design, featuring thoughtful kitchen inclusions such as a wall oven and a pull-out pantry.
Four completed homes are also available for inspection and purchase, offering a chance to explore the layouts and finishes and get a feel for the community.
Looking ahead, we’re reviewing the Stage 2 master plan, drawing on the designs and features purchasers have responded to most positively in Stage 1. The revised plan remains under consideration and is subject to Director approval.
