Originally from Camden in South West Sydney, Kimberley has always had a passion for people, travel and discovering new places. Her journey has taken her around the world, experiencing different cultures, meeting people from all walks of life and developing a genuine love for adventure along the way.
It was during a holiday to Coffs Harbour that Kimberley discovered somewhere that felt a little different. Falling in love with the area and the lifestyle of the Mid North Coast, she made the decision to turn a holiday destination into home, purchasing a property and settling into the community she now loves.
About Kimberley
Before real estate, Kimberley worked as a travel agent with Flight Centre and as a tour guide, roles that taught her how to listen to people and understand what they need. Gaining her real estate licence was one of her proudest milestones, bringing together her love of people and her interest in property.
“What drew me to property was the chance to be part of one of the biggest moments in people’s lives, finding a new place to call home,” Kimberley says.
“I love seeing people make their next move and helping them settle into a space where they can create memories.”
She’s also fascinated by how different every home can be. “Two houses can look identical from the outside, but feel completely different when you walk through the door. It could be the smells, the stories behind the walls or the people who make it special. Every home has its own personality.”
Kimberley was drawn to Nambucca Heads Lifestyle Estate and Nambucca River Lifestyle Estate by the friendly team and the sense of care she felt from the day she arrived.
“What excites me most is being part of welcoming communities for over-50s,” she says. “Residents can make new friends right next door, enjoy their lifestyle and have the freedom to lock up and head off on holidays, knowing they have a great community to come home to.”
Outside work, Kimberley stays active playing hockey and scuba diving. She’s a proud Melbourne Storm supporter, but when State of Origin comes around, she’s all in for the Blues.
