First home slabs poured at Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Beaches

Home construction is officially underway at Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Beaches, with the first home slab poured, and the community’s first residents there to see the start of their stunning home in a soon-to-be stunning North Queensland Community. 

Located at Mount Low within the Sanctum residential masterplan, the new $200 million over-50s lifestyle community will deliver 360 homesites, with the first 31 homes forming part of the community’s initial stage. Local Townsville builder Glenn Sexton Constructions has commenced construction, marking another major milestone in bringing the community to life. 

Among the first homeowners to see their new home take shape were Neil and Therese Forrest, who attended the slab pour alongside Lincoln Place Chief Executive Officer Paul Yeo. 

The couple are relocating from Far North Queensland to be closer to their family in Townsville, including their seven grandchildren. Having previously lived in a lifestyle community, Neil and Therese were drawn to Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Beaches for its welcoming community environment, quality amenities, secure gated setting and convenient location. 

“We’ve lived in a lifestyle community before and value having like-minded neighbours, lots of amenities close to home, and living within a gated, secure estate,” Therese said. 

The couple chose the two-bedroom, two-bathroom Hibiscus home design with a double garage, attracted by its thoughtful layout and the lifestyle the community will offer.

When complete, Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Beaches will feature a multi-million-dollar lifestyle and amenities precinct designed to give residents plenty of opportunities to stay active, socialise and enjoy life close to home.
