Originally from Launceston, Tasmania, Rachel moved to the Gold Coast 14 years ago as an Assistant Manager role at an over-55s community, which sparked her passion for the lifestyle sector. She loves the opportunity to work directly with residents to help create a thriving, connected community and takes pride in her hands-on approach, actively engaging with people and projects to make a genuine difference in their lives. Outside the Community, Rachel enjoys chasing the sun whether that be long walks on the beach or heading off on a new cruise adventure.
