28 July 2026 – Local buyers have rushed to secure a home in Moama’s new over-50s estate, Lincoln Lifestyle Moama, with the entire first release of 24 homes sold out in 10 days through its priority access program, ahead of the public launch.

Lincoln Lifestyle Moama’s first purchasers, Elizabeth and John Pollard.
The sales result comes as the twin towns of Moama and Echuca face unprecedented growth, with the population expected to increase 25 per cent over the next 15 years.
The 9.2-hectare Lincoln Lifestyle Moama, located within The Range Estate, will deliver 197 homes alongside a multi-million-dollar amenities precinct with easy access to the river, golf course, local clubs and established retail and services.
Lincoln Place Chief Executive Officer, Paul Yeo, said the popularity of the first release demonstrated strong demand for lifestyle-driven homes that embrace the area’s active, connected way of life while maintaining important social and support networks.
“When a first release has a strong uptake like this before the public launch, largely to locals, it’s a good indication the market has been waiting for this kind of option,” Mr Yeo said.
“One in four buyers in the first release herald from the Murray River region, while over half live within 25km of the community.
“Lifestyle is certainly a strong part of the appeal, with future residents able to walk or drive a few minutes to the Murray, Rich River Golf Club and local wineries, and come home to a secure, gated neighbourhood with an abundance of amenities and green spaces.
“These include a clubhouse and wellness precinct complete with a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, pickleball court, gym, private theatrette, library, lounge and dining areas, and bowling green, centred around landscaped green spaces to encourage connection and wellbeing.
“The first stage of civil works are on track to commence in August, with the first homes scheduled for completion in mid 2027.”
With on-site caravan, RV and boat storage, the estate’s first purchasers, Elizabeth and John, said they are looking forward to their new two-bedroom home, alongside a new lifestyle and exclusive amenities.
“We both like to play golf, so having a place to put our golf cart and a caravan is just wonderful,” Elizabeth said. “We’re very excited about all of the planned amenities, like the pool, to keep us busy in our retirement, the community feel and meeting new people.”
Elizabeth and John were the first to register their interest in the new community as part of Lincoln Lifestyle Moama’s Priority Access Club, with more than 60 people registering for early access.
Mr Yeo said Lincoln Lifestyle Moama will be delivered under the popular land lease model, creating opportunities for people over 50 to embrace a new lifestyle.
“When you buy into a land lease community you own your home outright. There’s no stamp duty, no exit fees, no body-corporate fees, and no council rates, which creates an opportunity for residents to free up equity from the sale of their current home,” he said.
“The only ongoing cost are normal home utility costs and a weekly site rental fee that covers the maintenance of the community and the exclusive lifestyle amenities in and around the clubhouse.”
Mr Yeo said the second home release, comprising a mix of two and three-bedroom home designs, would be launched in August and priority would be given to buyers who have joined the Priority Access Club.
