18 June 2026 – Exciting progress continues at Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Beaches, with construction works advancing steadily across the community as we move closer to welcoming our first homeowners.
Our civil construction team is currently focused on delivering all Stage 1 civil works, while also progressing key infrastructure across portions of Stages 2 and 3. Pleasingly, these works remain on schedule and are anticipated to be completed in July 2026.
Over recent months, significant milestones have been achieved across the site, helping to realise the vision for our vibrant over-50s community.
Milestones
1) Community entry road
One of the most visible achievements has been the completion of the community entry road, marking the first look at what will be a welcoming streetscape that will greet future residents. This milestone marks an important step in establishing the framework of the community and showcases the progress being made on site.
2) Bulk earthworks
Earthworks have also advanced considerably, with all Stage 1 bulk earthworks now complete. Construction crews are continuing to move through the balance of the site, preparing future stages for the delivery of homes and community infrastructure.
3) Underground services
Underground services are progressing well, with approximately 60 per cent of Stage 1 civil infrastructure now installed. This includes essential water, sewer and stormwater services that will support the community for years to come. These works form a critical part of the project’s foundation and ensure the site is ready for the next stages of development.
4) Electrical and communications infrastructure
At the same time, electrical and communications infrastructure is also taking shape, with approximately 50 per cent of Stage 1 works now complete. These installations will provide residents with modern utility connections and communications services, supporting the connected and convenient lifestyle Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Beaches is designed to offer.
The continued momentum on site reflects the strong commitment of the project team and contractors, who are working diligently to maintain construction schedules while delivering a high-quality outcome for future homeowners.
