From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into the community with complimentary catering, family fun, live acoustic music and a relaxed, social atmosphere. Enjoy guided tours of the community amenities and the newly released Stage 9, with trackless train and walking tours running throughout the morning. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore seven brand new home designs, view pricing, and chat one-on-one with our friendly sales team at your own pace.

Stage 9 marks the first new home release at Kangaroo Flat in almost a year, making this the perfect opportunity to be among the first to see what’s available. Whether you’re a downsizer, a local curious about the lifestyle, or a friend or family member of a current resident, this open day offers a relaxed, no-pressure way to explore the community, ask questions, and enjoy a great day out. Walk-ins are welcome, with RSVPs encouraged to help us plan catering and tours.
