First release over 90% sold as Stage 1 works progress at Lincoln Lifestyle Wangaratta

Construction is moving ahead at Lincoln Lifestyle Wangaratta, with Stage 1 civil works now well underway.

Across the site, the project team is progressing with earthworks, drainage infrastructure and preparation for the community’s future roads. Road subgrade works are approximately 50% complete, drainage is substantially established throughout the active Stage 1 area, and installation of the water main continues to progress.

While wet weather remains the key constraint affecting the construction program, the team continues to make steady progress whenever site conditions allow.

These early civil works are laying the foundations for a thoughtfully planned over-50s community designed for relaxed, low-maintenance living—and interest is building quickly. With 90% of the first-stage release already sold, our team is working hard to bring the next release of new homes to market in September.
