Guests mingled in the pavilion and stepped out on the bowls green with demos run by the team from Maclean Bowling Club.
Northern Rivers Lifestyle Estate recently celebrated a major milestone with the Greens Grand Opening, unveiling our brand-new competition-sized bowling green, pickleball courts, and open-air dining pavilion.
The event was an exciting opportunity for visitors to explore the Estate, tour the display homes, and experience the active and social lifestyle that they can expect in this thriving over-50s community.
Guests arrived to a warm welcome and colourful visors before settling into the bright and airy dining pavilion, which provided the perfect setting for a relaxing morning with live music and a broadcast by the Clarence Valley’s Radio 2GF.
Lincoln Place Director Nick Collishaw officially opened the day, thanking the first ten residents who call Northern Rivers Lifestyle Estate home.
“I must thank our residents for warmly welcoming us into their community and sharing their experience of what it’s like to live in a Lifestyle Estate,” he said.
Those interested in bowls then joined John and Ken from Maclean Bowling Club for demonstrations down on the green.
Meanwhile, Paul from Grafton Pickleball Club explained the benefits of Pickleball as a low-impact activity, guiding eager participants through the basics on the brand-new courts. A few enthusiastic guests and residents stepped onto the court to show off their skills, with a few of our very own Lincoln Place team joining in for some friendly competition.
After enjoying some time in the pavilion with coffee and refreshments, guests were invited to tour the display homes and chat with our new homes advisor, Janine down in her brand-new sales office.
